Return and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure you’re happy with every purchase. However, if something doesn’t work out, our return and replacement policies have you covered.
🔹 Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact.
🔹 Non-returnable Items
- Customized or stitched outfits
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or not following care instructions
🔹 Return Process
- Email us at support@ethnicharms.shop with order number, reason, and product images.
- Once approved, we will initiate a pickup or provide return address details.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
🔹 Replacement / Exchange
- Size or style issues? We offer free exchanges (once per order).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- For defective/damaged products, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
🔹 Refund Options
- Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit.
